The hub of the house is the large kitchen dining room with integrated dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, microwave and large American Style fridge. As with almost every room in the house the dining area benefits from the stunning views out to sea.

Off the kitchen is a strikingly designed sitting room with a split staircase leading to a galleried landing. Solid oak floor, kilim tetrad sofas and beautiful French patio doors lead out on to an Indian stone patio at the front of the house.

Off the Sitting Room is the main lounge where you can sink into the myriad of cushions on the leather sofas. This elegant room has a bespoke Dress MacPherson tartan carpet, solid fuel burning stove, 28inch satellite television, DVD player and hi-fi system.

On the other side of the house, again off the kitchen, is the well stocked playroom with a six foot slate bed snooker table, a variety of toys and games with French patio doors leading onto the rear stone patio. A spiral staircase leads from this room to the secluded galleried double bedroom with ensuite shower room, toilet and sink. This end of the house makes a perfect 2 storey, private double bedroom suite or ideal family cosy accommodation by making use of the sofa bed in the playroom.

Off the entrance vestibule is the cloakroom with heated towel radiator, ideal for drying damp beach wear or walking and climbing clothes. There is also a large utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer leading into the large downstairs shower room with toilet and washbasin, perfect for showering off sand from the beach!

From the sitting room , up the split staircase you come to the Master Bedroom with Kingsize bed, walk-in wardrobe, LCD TV. The ensuite bathroom has underfloor heating, extra large bath with centrally positioned taps, perfect for two to share. There is also a separate shower enclosure, sink, toilet, bidet and towel radiator.

Off the galleried landing are three further bedrooms, including a twin room, a double bedroom and a room with bunk beds. The main bathroom, again with underfloor heating has a bath, separate shower enclosure toilet and handbasin.

The house is set in a third of acre in a perfect position far enough back from the beach for privacy but close enough for convenience. The large drive can accommodate several vehicles. Downstairs the house benefits from underfloor heating, perfect for the barefoot preparation of breakfast whilst upstairs radiators provide cosy bedroom comfort when needed
